Terms of Use for MP1shop
Welcome to MP1shop, an online marketplace designed to connect Buyers and Sellers in Ghana. By accessing or using MP1shop, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use MP1shop.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 By accessing or using MP1shop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.
1.2 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on MP1shop. Your continued use of MP1shop after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
2.1 To use MP1shop, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. By using MP1shop, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
2.2 If you are using MP1shop on behalf of a business or entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

3.3 MP1shop reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized use or violation of these Terms.
4. Use of MP1shop
4.1 You agree to use MP1shop only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts MP1shop or its servers.

5.1 Sellers are responsible for creating accurate and complete listings for their Products, including descriptions, images, and pricing. Listings must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
5.2 MP1shop does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Product listings or the availability of any Products.
5.3 All transactions between Buyers and Sellers are conducted directly on MP1shop. MP1shop is not a party to these transactions and is not responsible for any disputes that may arise between Buyers and Sellers.
6. Fees and Payments
6.1 MP1shop may charge fees for listing Products, processing transactions, or providing certain features. These fees will be disclosed to you prior to incurring any charges.
6.2 Payments for Products are processed through secure payment gateways. You agree to provide accurate payment information and to pay all applicable fees and charges.
6.3 MP1shop is not responsible for any errors or issues related to payment processing. Disputes regarding payments should be resolved directly between Buyers and Sellers.
7. Shipping and Delivery
7.1 MP1Shop is responsible for shipping Products to Buyers. Sellers must provide accurate shipping information and ensure timely delivery.
7.2 MP1shop is not liable for any shipping delays, losses, or damages. Buyers should inspect Products upon receipt and report any issues directly to the Seller.
8. Returns and Refunds
8.1 Return and refund policies are determined by the Seller. Sellers must clearly communicate their policies to Buyers in their Product listings.
8.2 MP1shop is not responsible for handling returns or issuing refunds. Buyers should contact the Seller directly to resolve any issues related to returns and refunds.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All content on MP1shop, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of MP1shop or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
9.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from MP1shop’s content without explicit permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 MP1shop is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of MP1shop or the inability to use MP1shop.
10.2 MP1shop does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content provided by Users or third parties.
11. Indemnification
11.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MP1shop, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of MP1shop or any violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
12.1 MP1shop reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to MP1shop at its sole discretion, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.
12.2 Upon termination, you must cease all use of MP1shop and promptly return or destroy any materials or content obtained from MP1shop.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
13.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana.
13.2 Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of MP1shop will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghana.
14. Miscellaneous
14.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
14.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MP1shop regarding your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
14.3 MP1shop’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
